Job Location : Doha, Qatar
Job Details :
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR and administrative leadership experience preferably within large diversified groups
• Strong expertise in Organizational Development Talent Management and Recruitment
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English spoken and written
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams develop strategic HR initiatives and collaborate effectively with senior management
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Must be available to join immediately
