Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end implementations of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory modules, including design, configuration, data migration, UAT, and go‑live support.
Manage enhancements that improve procurement efficiency, inventory accuracy, and standardization across the Procure‑to‑Pay and Inventory processes.
Provide direct functional support for Procurement and Inventory modules, ensuring system stability and meeting service‑level commitments.
Oversee integrations with Finance, warehouse systems, and third‑party platforms, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into scalable Fusion solutions with minimal customization.
Mentor internal team members and manage vendors and system integrators to deliver enhancements on time, with quality and clarity.
Support inventory reconciliation, procurement audits, and month‑end/year‑end closing activities.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve user experience, and optimize existing configurations.
Develop and maintain reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher, and support data-related activities including FBDI/ADFDI uploads.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Oracle Fusion Procurement certification.
10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion SCM, including implementations, enhancements, and production support.
Strong functional expertise across Procurement and Inventory modules, including Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, Inventory Transactions, Receiving, Put Away, Sub‑Inventories, Cycle Counting, and Costing.
Desirable
ITIL certification; PMP/Prince2 is a plus.
Experience in multi‑company, multi‑country environments.
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) and Inventory‑to‑Costing processes.
Hands‑on experience in requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, solution design, testing, cutover planning, and go‑live management.
Solid experience managing production support operations and ensuring SLA adherence.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes.
Knowledge of Fusion security roles, approval workflows (including BPM), and master data governance.
Working knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
Experience with integrations, REST/SOAP services, FBDI, ADFDI, and Redwood UX.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working closely with Procurement, Finance, and Operations leaders.
Ability to lead vendors, system integrators, and internal teams while managing multiple projects at once.
High level of accountability, strong decision‑making skills, and the ability to operate in a fast‑moving environment.
