Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Process / Mechanical / Instrumentation & Control / Petroleum / Fire / Loss Prevention)
Minimum 20 years of professional experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Operating Companies or Risk Consultancy
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, development, and implementation of the Company PSM System
Evaluate technical quality, implement improvements, and deliver cost-effective solutions
Drive hazard identification, risk assessments, and operational risk controls across sites
Develop and maintain PSM frameworks, procedures, and best practices
Provide SME advice, support decision-making, and resolve critical safety and risk issues
Conduct and facilitate PHA and QRA for major projects
Develop and deliver training on Risk Assessment, Safety Integrity Levels, Risk-Based Design, and Safe Operating Practices
Identify and implement new technologies and methods to improve efficiency and safety
