Performance & Quality Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a Broker Performance & Quality Lead to drive accountability, CRM compliance, and client experience across our real estate brokerage. This role ensures brokers follow up leads correctly, maintain accurate pipelines in Bitrix24, and deliver a consistently high-quality client journey.
This is a real estate operations and performance role, not software QA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a small Quality / Performance team
Audit broker activity in Bitrix24 (lead response, follow-ups, pipeline accuracy)
Enforce CRM standards and follow-up SLAs
Conduct pipeline reviews and flag underperformance
Oversee client callbacks, feedback, and issue resolution
Analyse conversion rates and recommend improvements
Produce simple performance and quality reports
What We’re Looking For
Experience in real estate operations, sales ops, QA, or client experience
Strong CRM experience (Bitrix24 preferred)
Confident holding brokers accountable
Analytical, organised, and client-focused
Dubai real estate experience is a strong plus
