Job Title: Facilities Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in facilities management, building services, or maintenance engineering.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facilities systems.
Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and in-house maintenance teams.
Good understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office.
