Secretary / Receptionist
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive visitors and handle the front desk in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Arrange meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and coordinate schedules.
• Maintain and organize the CEO's calendar, appointments, and reminders.
• Provide general administrative support and documentation when required.
Requirements :
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office & email).
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Local Hire only - visa 18.
