Senior HSE Officer – Hookup (Offshore)
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
QAR 25,000 – 45,000 / Month (Role & Project Dependent)
Compensation Type:
Monthly Offshore Compensation
Experience (Mandatory):
• Offshore experience is strictly mandatory
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in oil & gas projects
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee offshore SHES / HSE compliance & safety operations
• Implement safety procedures & risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to oil & gas safety standards
• Conduct safety audits, inspections & reporting
• Monitor environmental & occupational safety performance
• Support incident prevention & corrective actions
• Coordinate with project & operations teams
• Maintain regulatory & certification compliance
