Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western trained, native Arabic speaking Registered Nurse for their client in Abu Dhabi, UAE which is a mental health / rehabilitation facility. We are looking for Registered Nurses with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience, out of which at least 3 years must be in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, long-term care facility, or acute care hospital setting.The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients undergoing physical or neurological rehabilitation. Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage IV therapies and other specialized nursing interventions as required.Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and case managers to support functional recovery goals. Educate patients and families regarding rehabilitation plans, medication management, mobility precautions, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Ensure adherence to infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, and quality assurance guidelines. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, case discussions, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately according to established clinical pathways. Comply with Department of Health regulations, accreditation requirements, and professional nursing standards.
Salary : Aed 16,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative. The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews)."
