Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Clinical Operations Manager for their client in Abu Dhabi, UAE which is a rehabilitation hospital providing inpatient, outpatient, detox and residential rehabilitation services. We are looking for healthcare operations professionals with a minimum of 10 plus years of experience in healthcare operations, out of which at least 3 to 5 years must be in a managerial role within addiction treatment, mental health, behavioral health, or rehabilitation hospitals.The Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and optimizing day to day clinical operations, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant, and patient-centered care across inpatient, outpatient, detox, and residential services. The role bridges clinical teams, administration, and leadership to deliver high-quality addiction and mental health services aligned with regulatory and accreditation standards.Oversee day to day clinical operations across all service lines, manage patient flow to optimize experience, capacity, and operational effectiveness, and ensure facilities, equipment, and operations comply with all health, safety, and regulatory standards. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements including Department of Health (DoH) standards and internal policies. Lead quality assurance activities, internal audits, risk assessments, and implement corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.Manage and coordinate psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, therapists, social workers, and allied health professionals. Support recruitment, onboarding, rostering, and performance management while fostering a collaborative, ethical, and patient centered care culture. Standardize evidence-based addiction treatment protocols and clinical care pathways. Oversee case reviews, multidisciplinary team meetings, clinical documentation standards, continuity of care, and relapse prevention planning.Manage clinical budgets, staffing costs, and operational expenses while optimizing resource allocation, consumables, and service contracts. Support revenue optimization while maintaining clinical excellence. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and service expansion initiatives. Develop and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with Quality, Finance, R&D, regulatory authorities, vendors, sponsors, and other partners to ensure alignment, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of objectives.
Salary : Aed 40,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative. The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
