Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing and overseeing HR policies, managing personnel records, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting HR management functions. Daily tasks include maintaining compliance with labor laws, handling employee relations, and assisting in the development and execution of HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with labor laws
Expertise in Employee Benefits administration and handling related inquiries
Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting team well-being
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of HR experience
Hospitality industry experience is required
Knowledge of local labor law
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using MenaiTech HR system is a plus
Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
