Proven experience as a Rigging Engineer or supervisor in industrial or construction projects.
Knowledge of RLIC safety standards and lifting regulations.
Strong understanding of rigging equipment and techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a safety-conscious environment.
