Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
5-20+ years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial management.
UPDA Certification (A/B) preferred.
Strong knowledge of Qatar construction contracts and standards.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
