Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a female Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioner for their client in Abu Dhabi, UAE which is a specialized healthcare facility that has been providing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services for over 2 decades. The facility focuses on holistic healing through a blend of general medicine and traditional therapies and is well established in the region for integrative care.We are looking for a licensed TCM Practitioner with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of clinical experience in delivering Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments within a hospital, medical center, or specialized TCM clinic setting.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and English and eligible for Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi licensure.The TCM Practitioner will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, including pulse diagnosis, tongue examination, and holistic case evaluation. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to pain management, chronic disease management, rehabilitation support, and general wellness. Deliver traditional therapies including Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Moxibustion, Tui Na (Chinese therapeutic massage), Gua Sha, Acupressure, and ANF Therapy.Perform both Wet and Dry Cupping (Hijama) procedures in accordance with clinical safety and infection control standards. Collaborate with physiotherapists, general medicine physicians, and rehabilitation specialists to provide integrated, patient-centered care. Provide patient education on lifestyle modification, nutrition, stress management, and preventive healthcare aligned with TCM philosophy.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Ensure adherence to infection prevention protocols, equipment safety standards, and quality assurance guidelines. Uphold ethical practice standards and contribute to the center’s reputation for excellence in holistic and integrative medicine.
Salary : Aed 15,000 per month plus incentives and accommodation plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative. The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews)."
