Maintenance Supervisor
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Job Details :
• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision (preferably in residential or mixed-use communities).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, civil maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read drawings, schedules, and maintenance plans.
• Good communication and reporting skills
