Qualifications:
Relevant engineering degree or technical diploma.
Extensive experience in instrumentation procurement and contract management within refinery or oil & gas facilities.
Strong knowledge of instrumentation materials, specifications, and standards.
Good command of English; Arabic skills are a plus.
Leadership and communication skills.
