Job Summary
The Bellman cum Driver is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage handling, guest arrivals and departures, and providing safe and professional transportation services. The role ensures a welcoming experience for guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Bellman Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage to and from rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
- Deliver messages, parcels, and amenities to guest rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance area.
- Coordinate with Front Desk and Concierge to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Store and retrieve guest luggage efficiently and safely.
Driver Duties
- Provide safe and timely transportation for guests as required.
- Operate hotel vehicles in accordance with UAE traffic laws.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage during transfers.
