Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor IT projects across infrastructure and enterprise software
Support business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder alignment
Manage project documentation, reports, and communication workflows
Coordinate with internal technical teams and external vendors
Assist with CAPEX / OPEX tracking and project financial coordination
Ensure timely project execution and milestone tracking
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across departments
Support governance, compliance, and reporting processes
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
Experience
5–8 Years of experience in IT Project Coordination / Business Analysis
Experience in enterprise IT, infrastructure, or security environments preferred
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle & coordination processes
Experience in business analysis & requirement documentation
Vendor management & stakeholder coordination experience
Familiarity with infrastructure / enterprise software projects
CAPEX / OPEX coordination exposure preferred
Soft Skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
High attention to detail and structured documentation skills
Proactive problem-solving and coordination mindset
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
QAR 14,000 – 22,000 / Month
