Senior Estimator - Pre Contract Services:( Road & Infra )
• Identify and secure approval and collect tender documents.
• Asses and analyze drawings, BOQ and other project documents to prepare cost estimates
• Prepation of tender documents • Conducting site vists, verification of quantities for lumpsum tenders in co-ordination with tendering team.
• Conduct research to obtain data on labour costs, materials, production times, and location. • Work closely with engineers, architects, contracts, and suppliers to ensure comprehensive cost estimation.
• Secure sub-contract bids and identify the most favourable subcontract offers.
• Prepare Technical and financial proposals using Estimation software.
• Submit Tender and follow-up. Post Contract Services. • Prepare Cash flow and budgets
• Co-ordinate with team members on work progress and cost reporting • Present and explain estimates to clients and stakeholders, answering any questions and addressing concerns.
• Monitor project progress to ensure costs remain within the budget
• Monitor and control resources usage for small jobs
• Maintain Cost keys and price masters by updating information
• Maintains quality service by following organisation standards • Contributes team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualification and Experience - Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Engineering from a recognized University or Colleges with QS Degree - Knowledge of Microsoft project and AutoCAD -
Preferred Experience: 10 years & above in the same field - Should have experience in Roads and Infrastructure projects.
Salary will discussed and finalized based on Qualification, experience, skills and Interview assessment by client
