Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript.
Perform UI, functional, regression, and integration testing.
Execute API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or Karate.
Collaborate with development teams for test strategy and issue resolution.
Maintain version control and code quality using Git.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks (if applicable).
Assist in reviewing and improving QA processes, standards, and best practices.
Support technical assessments and evaluation of testing deliverables.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of experience in automation testing, with strong Playwright & TypeScript expertise.
Solid understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals.
Hands-on experience in API testing (Postman / REST Assured / Karate).
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Good to have: Selenium, BDD/TDD frameworks, basic database knowledge.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated): AED 18,000 – 22,000 per month (based on role, UAE location, and experience level).
