Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural and facade drawings using CAD software
Support facade works design and architectural design development
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and design standards
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams
Revise drawings based on feedback while maintaining accuracy and quality
Assist in preparing documentation for construction and approvals
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or Degree from a Technical College (acceptable)
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CAD)
Proven experience in facade works design and/or architectural design
Technical & Soft Skills:
Strong proficiency in CAD software
Manual drawing ability is an advantage (not mandatory)
Ability to work independently and within a team
Positive attitude with the ability to accept constructive criticism

USD 800 – USD 1,200 per month (or equivalent in local currency)
