Associate Lawyer
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and support on corporate law matters
• Ensure compliance with UAE, DIFC, and ADGM regulations
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and corporate agreements
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on legal strategies
• Keep up to date with changes in UAE laws and regulations
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in corporate law within the UAE
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
