Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Officer at our office in Herafi Ardiya. The Payroll Officer will be responsible for managing all payroll processes, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and handling payroll taxes. Duties include but are not limited to maintaining accurate payroll records, processing employee payments, addressing payroll inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations. The role requires precision and attention to detail in maintaining financial documentation and employee records.
Qualifications
Expertise in Payroll Administration and Payroll Services
Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and financial operations
Strong communication skills for effectively addressing employee inquiries and coordinating with other departments
Detail-oriented and adept at managing sensitive information with accuracy
Proficiency in payroll software and accounting tools
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
