Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Development
• Develop and implement brand strategies to position the company’s F&B products in line with market trends and consumer insights.
• Manage the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms, packaging, and communication channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Marketing & Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and monitor brand campaigns, activations, and promotional initiatives across digital and offline channels.
• Oversee content creation for social media, advertising, and PR that reflects the brand’s personality and objectives.
• Work with agencies and creative teams to deliver high-quality campaigns within budget and timelines.
Performance & Analytics
• Track and analyze brand performance (sales, awareness, engagement, ROI).
• Prepare monthly reports and recommendations to management on brand performance and opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, and finance) to align brand initiatives with business goals.
• Build strong relationships with media partners and key patrons.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) in brand management, preferably in the F&B, retail, or hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, food trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
