Job Description & Duties
Prepare & Check all project documentation and well aware of process in Construction industry documentation
Make sure that documents  properly classified
Coordinate documents between internal, contractors and clients.
 Document control registers and update status reports regularly.
Attend  meetings as required, coordinate  with project manager, consultant, designer, client , to ensure accurate transmission and coordination of project information.
Liaise closely with consultant, project managers and engineers, and all concerned for project and  responsible for timely processing and sending project correspondence and email.
Distributes copies of documents to the concerned person
Maintaining document tracking and production system

Salary will discussed and finalized based on Qualification, experience, skills and Interview assessment by client
