Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end QA strategy for mobile banking platforms
Manage test planning, governance, reporting, and delivery cycles
Validate mobile banking features including Accounts, Payments, Card Management, and Service Requests
Oversee customer onboarding, digital KYC, authentication, and registration workflows
Drive automation strategy and manage automation delivery initiatives
Ensure compliance with Agile/Scrum delivery models
Collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders
Maintain QA documentation, metrics, and quality standards
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
Minimum 3 years in a Test Manager role within Mobile Banking
Domain Expertise
Extensive experience testing Mobile Banking Applications
Deep understanding of Digital Channels & System Interfaces
Knowledge of Customer Onboarding & Digital KYC workflows
Strong understanding of Registration & Authentication Systems
Experience validating Accounts, Islamic Finance, Payments, and Card Features
Automation & Technical Skills
Proven experience planning automation strategies
Foundational knowledge of automation tools & frameworks
Strong command of QA governance & reporting practices
Delivery & Methodology
Strong experience in Agile / Scrum environments
Core Competencies
Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
Strong leadership & team coordination capabilities
Analytical and problem-solving expertise
Eligibility Criteria (MANDATORY)
Candidates must be based in India (Mumbai / Bangalore preferred)
Must be open to travel to Saudi Arabia for a minimum of 1 year
Valid passport required prior to onboarding
Preferred Profile
Familiarity with Saudi / GCC digital banking ecosystems
Knowledge of Islamic banking products (advantage)
Preference for ISSS-trained professionals
