Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for fintech applications
Work with structured and unstructured datasets including NLP and predictive analytics
Optimize ML pipelines for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to deliver production solutions
Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD for model lifecycle management
Monitor, retrain, and enhance models operating in live production environments

Requirements & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related discipline

Experience
4–8 years of professional experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering

Technical Skills

Strong programming expertise in Python
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
Experience with NLP, recommendation systems, or predictive modeling
Cloud deployment experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Strong understanding of ML pipelines, model optimization, and MLOps

Preferred Skills
Exposure to fintech, banking, risk analytics, or digital payments ecosystems

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Salary Range
AED 28,000 – 36,000 per month
