Job Title: Factory Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field
8–15 years of experience in factory/production management
Mandatory: UAE interior fit-out industry experience
Strong leadership and team management experience
Requirements:
Proven experience managing factory operations in interior fit-out / joinery / carpentry manufacturing
Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control
Ability to manage manpower, machinery, and material resources efficiently
Familiarity with UAE health, safety, and compliance standards
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
