Your key responsibilities
In this role, you will support multiple audit engagements, working closely with audit teams, valuation specialists, and client stakeholders across various industries. Your responsibilities include:

Providing audit support on financial reporting valuations, with a primary focus on Purchase Price Allocations (PPA)
Preparing and reviewing valuation analyses for intangible assets
Reviewing and challenging management/external valuer assumptions, forecasts, discount rates, and methodologies
Applying valuation approaches such as DCF, MPEEM, Relief‑from‑Royalty, With‑and‑Without, and Market methods
Developing and reviewing financial and valuation models, including sensitivity and scenario analysis
Conducting market research, industry benchmarking, and comparable analysis
Collaborating with audit teams to resolve valuation issues impacting audit conclusions
Preparing clear documentation, working papers, and valuation memos supporting audit findings
Managing multiple engagements and ensuring timely, high‑quality deliverables
Supporting and reviewing work performed by junior team members

Successful candidates will be proactive, analytical, and detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high‑quality valuation outputs. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to contribute effectively within audit environments.

To qualify for the role, you must have
1 to 3 years of experience in valuation, financial reporting valuations, and Purchase Price Allocations
Strong hands‑on experience preparing and reviewing PPAs
Working knowledge of IFRS 13, IFRS 3, IAS 36, ASC 805, and ASC 350
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation capabilities
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Ideally, you’ll also have
MBA (Finance)
CFA / CA
Further studies and/or relevant professional qualifications
Experience with a leading consulting or professional services firm
