• Proven experience as an Aluminium Fitter or similar role in construction/metal fabrication.
• Strong understanding of aluminium systems (doors, windows, curtain walls, structural glazing, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery.
• Basic knowledge of glazing and sealant application.
• Good physical strength and stamina.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
