Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize AI / Machine Learning models
• Build and deploy production-ready AI solutions
• Develop LLM-based systems, RAG pipelines, and NLP applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Maintain security and regulatory compliance standards
• Prepare technical documentation and executive-level reporting
• Support model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related discipline (preferred)
Experience
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in AI / ML Engineering or Applied Data Science
Technical Competencies:
• Strong Python programming expertise
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks
• Experience building and deploying LLM-based solutions
• Experience with RAG pipelines and NLP applications
• Strong understanding of model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• Experience with MLOps practices and production deployments
• Experience working with APIs and microservices
• Experience with cloud or on-premise deployments
• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Redis) is an advantage
Preferred Experience:
• Experience working in government or regulated environments
• UAE experience strongly preferred
• Candidates currently based in the UAE preferred
