Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Specialist with proven experience in the UAE to manage end-to-end human resources operations. The ideal candidate must have strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, visa processes, payroll administration, and employee relations within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation).
Coordinate visa processing, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
Conduct induction programs for new hires.

UAE Labor Law & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and regulatory updates.
Handle MOHRE-related processes and documentation.
Maintain employee files in accordance with UAE regulations.

Payroll & Compensation

Process monthly payroll in compliance with WPS (Wage Protection System).
Manage leave records, overtime, EOSB (End of Service Benefits) calculations.
Coordinate with finance for salary transfers and payroll reporting.

Employee Relations

Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Support performance management processes and annual appraisals.
Promote positive employee engagement initiatives.

Visa & PRO Coordination

Manage employment visa applications, renewals, cancellations.
Liaise with PROs and government authorities for labor and immigration matters.
Ensure timely processing of Emirates ID and medical procedures.

HR Administration & Reporting

Maintain HRIS system and employee database.
Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll summary).
Develop HR policies aligned with company objectives and UAE regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years HR experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations.
Experience handling WPS payroll processing.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
