Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update electronic and physical document control systems
• File, archive, and retrieve project documentation efficiently
• Review project specifications and technical submissions for accuracy
• Manage samples, catalogues, and prequalification libraries
• Assist in preparation of tender documents and project correspondence
• Maintain complete and traceable project records
• Ensure timely distribution of updated documents across teams
• Support daily administrative and documentation requirements
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Computer Studies, or related discipline
Experience
Minimum 8+ years of relevant Document Control experience
Proven experience within construction consultancy, project management, QS, or procurement environments
Technical Competencies:
Strong knowledge of construction documentation workflows
Experience with tender documentation and technical records
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Familiarity with AutoCAD, CSI MasterFormat, and ACONEX
Strong typing, editing, and document formatting skills
Professional Skills:
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage high-volume documentation environments
Preferred Experience
Previous Gulf consultancy experience
