Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/ Graduate or Equivalent
2–5 years of experience in airline operations, travel management, or ticketing
Experience managing relationships with airlines preferred
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of airline ticketing systems and procedures
Ability to maintain professional relationships with airline representatives
Familiarity with travel regulations and fare structures
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
