Job Position – .NET Backend Developer

Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Budgeted Salary: AED 12,000 – 18,000 per month (based on experience) + Medical Insurance + Visa Sponsorship
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development using .NET Core / C#
Strong experience designing and building microservices-based architectures
Proven expertise in RESTful APIs and gRPC services development
Solid experience working with Message Brokers (RabbitMQ or similar) in distributed systems
Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture
Experience with Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and database optimization
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker is a plus)
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is an advantage
Experience working in government or regulated environments is beneficial
Candidates with UAE experience and currently based in the UAE are preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable .NET Core microservices and backend APIs
Develop and integrate asynchronous messaging solutions using RabbitMQ
Implement gRPC and REST-based service communication
Ensure high performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of backend systems
Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to support seamless deployment and integration
Contribute to architectural decisions and enforce engineering best practices
