Job Title: Front Desk Agent (Russian Speaker)
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate or Higher Secondary School & Equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hotel front office or guest services
Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and reservation systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
Polished and professional appearance suitable for a 5-star environment
Team player with the ability to work under pressure
