Job Title: Draftsman
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Engineering Graduates/PG in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
5–15 years of experience in Facilities Management projects
Good working knowledge of CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems
Requirements:
Strong experience in preparing and updating technical drawings related to FM projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD or relevant drafting software
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Knowledge of building systems and maintenance layouts
Good coordination and documentation skills
Preferred Requirements:
Valid driving license
