Job Position – Network Technician

Key Responsibilities:
– Install, configure, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, firewalls, and structured cabling.
– Perform network troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
– Install, test, and terminate network cables (CAT6, fiber optic, etc.).
– Configure IP addressing, VLANs, and basic network security settings.
– Install and repair CCTV systems, including IP cameras, NVR/DVR setup, and remote viewing configuration.
– Install and repair electrical wiring, low-current systems, and related fixtures in buildings.
– Perform preventive maintenance for network and surveillance systems.
– Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports before and after installation.
– Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and company policies.
– Maintain proper documentation of network layouts, configurations, and maintenance logs.
– Assist in installing access control systems, intercom systems, and other security solutions.
– Support system upgrades and recommend improvements for performance optimization.
