Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and control EPC project documentation across all phases
• Administer and maintain EDMS platforms including Aconex and SharePoint
• Ensure ISO-compliant documentation standards and audit readiness
• Coordinate document workflows with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Maintain registers, transmittals, version control, and document tracking
• Support planning interfaces and document alignment with Primavera schedules
• Ensure timely submission, review, approval, and distribution of documents
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on documentation matters

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline

Experience
8–12+ years of experience in Document Control
Proven experience on Water Treatment Plant or Wastewater Treatment Plant projects
Strong exposure to EPC project documentation processes
GCC project experience is highly preferred

Technical Skills:
Aconex EDMS
SharePoint
Primavera (document–schedule interface knowledge)

Standards & Compliance:
Strong knowledge of ISO documentation standards

Core Competencies:
Excellent coordination and communication skills
High attention to detail and document governance expertise

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
QAR 18,000 – QAR 28,000 per month
