Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all household operations, ensuring a well-maintained and organized residence
Support Heads of Department (HODs) and senior staff to perform at the highest service standards
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate senior staff members
Manage household budgets, inventory, and operational resources
Coordinate purchases, including luxury goods and personal items
Oversee event planning, guest hospitality, and special arrangements
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs
Manage transportation and travel arrangements, including flights, transfers, accommodation, and visas
Ensure safety and security protocols are consistently maintained
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Relevant degree or professional background in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or related disciplines preferred
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of staff management experience
Proven experience in private residence operations, luxury household management, or similar senior administrative roles
Mandatory Requirements
Valid UAE Driving License
