Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in UAE or international companies
Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices
Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals
Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage
