Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier selection initiatives
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supplier agreements
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation
• Conduct cost analysis and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) evaluations
• Monitor supplier performance, risk, and compliance metrics
• Resolve commercial, contractual, and vendor-related issues
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and internal controls
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and engineering
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
5–8+ years of relevant procurement experience at a senior level

Certifications (Preferred):
CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent professional procurement certification

Technical Skills:
Strong vendor and contract management experience
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Advanced Excel and analytical skills
Cost analysis and procurement strategy expertise

Core Competencies:
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Stakeholder coordination and communication skills
Risk and compliance awareness

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
OMR 1,200 – 1,700 per month
