Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of interior fit out projects for restaurants, cafs, and F&B outlets.
Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to meet project milestones.
Ensure construction work is executed according to design, specifications, and brand standards.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols on-site.
Liaise with clients, designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery.
Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress reports
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager and managing fitout projects, with a focus on restaurant and F&B environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
Strong understanding of MEP coordination, kitchen services, and F&B-specific finishes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.
