Job Location : Saudi Arabia

Salary – Basic 1200 SAR + Food -300 SAR + Accommodation provided by the Company
Note : Candidates must pay for the service charges including the air ticket one way, visa processing, Consultants charges and medical.
Requirements :
• 3 to 5 Years experience in similar field
• Qualification should be ITI or diploma
Job Description :
• 3–5 years of experience in building air-conditioning maintenance is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of various HVAC systems including split units, ducted split systems, package units in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
• In addiion Experience in AHUs, FCUs, and basic chilled water systems will be prefered.
• The technician performs routine inspections, cleaning of filters and coils, refrigerant checking and charging, electrical troubleshooting, compressor and motor repairs, and replacement of defective components such as capacitors, contactors, and thermostats.
• He diagnoses mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate tools such as multimeters and manifold gauges, ensures proper system performance, and responds to breakdown and emergency calls.
• The role also includes assisting in installation and commissioning of new AC units, maintaining maintenance records, and strictly adhering to safety procedures, work permit requirements, and company HSE policies.
