Salary – Basic 1200 SAR + Food -300 SAR + Accommodation provided by the Company

Requirements :
• 3 to 5 Years experience in similar field
• Qualification should be ITI or diploma
Job Description :
• Elevator Technician with 3–5 years of experience is responsible for the installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators and vertical transportation systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• The technician performs routine maintenance of traction and hydraulic elevators, including inspection of motors, control panels, drives, brakes, door operators, guide rails, safety switches, limit switches, and hoisting mechanisms.
• He diagnoses mechanical and electrical faults, replaces defective components, adjusts door alignment and leveling systems, and ensures smooth and safe elevator operation.
• The role includes testing safety devices such as overspeed governors, emergency brakes, and alarm systems, conducting periodic inspections, maintaining service records, and responding to emergency breakdown calls.
• The technician must be able to read electrical and mechanical drawings, use testing instruments safely, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, local authority requirements, and company HSE policies to maintain reliable and safe elevator performance.
