3–4 Years UAE Experience (Mandatory)
Responsibilities:
Handle Hard FM operations (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) across the site
Plan and execute PPM schedules and ensure timely closure
Manage reactive/breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting & coordination
Supervise technicians and ensure quality, safety, and workmanship
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, LPO follow-ups, materials & execution
Conduct routine inspections, identify snags, and close pending issues
Maintain site logs, checklists, service reports, and basic RCA for recurring faults
Support statutory/compliance activities (DCD / DM / DEWA exposure preferred)
Prepare daily/weekly updates for management
