Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
3–7 years of experience in cost estimation for interior fit-out and joinery projects
Experience with quantity take-offs, material costing, and vendor quotations
Requirements:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out and joinery projects based on drawings and specifications
Conduct quantity take-offs, analyze material requirements, and obtain vendor quotations
Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate budgeting
Review project costs and suggest cost-effective solutions
Maintain records of estimates, supplier quotes, and project budgets
Assist in bid preparation and client presentations
