Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project management principles.
PMP certification is an advantage.
