Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in civil maintenance and construction, with a focus on SABIC, Aramco, and Royal Commission projects.
Proven experience in sales, estimation, and planning for construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of local KSA market practices, regulations, and standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English. Arabic proficiency is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PMI, or equivalent).
Experience in managing large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
