Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and counsel to employees and management on labor and regulatory matters
Follow up on labor cases before judicial and official authorities
Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of legal contracts and agreements
Draft legal reports and track implementation of recommendations
Represent the firm and clients before judicial authorities when necessary
Stay updated on changes in labor law and related regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure organizational compliance with policies and laws
Contribute to the development of legal strategies to mitigate potential legal risks
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Law
Experience
Proven experience in labor law and employment-related legal issues
Valid law license required
Full-time professional experience in corporate or consulting legal roles preferred
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, regulations, and compliance requirements
Contract drafting, review, and negotiation expertise
Legal research and documentation skills
