Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Engineering Graduates/PG (B.E / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant discipline)
7–12 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in EPC / EPIC projects
Experience in offshore oil & gas, construction, or industrial projects preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of contract laws, commercial terms, and procurement processes
Experience preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Ability to assess contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office
Ability to work in high-pressure and deadline-driven environments
